DOM Live but Chart in SIM

I trade thru chart but no order recorded in DOM..
I called broker in panic .....
1st 2 call cant reach them becaouse no double 00 infront of code 1 +  xxxxxxxxxx
they said no record of live trade..sigh..
Then I checked that my chart is in internal SIM mode...
My real profit of 6 ticks is gone..
LUCK...where are u ?

If I wait for another 10 min..a setup is ready and money will come...

If ..If ...If ...sigh :)
It must past 10:30am NY or 11:  before closing..

And my broker told me the reason that my chart freeze is that I use a dinosaur computer - XP,  2 core..
After I win USD 2000, I will change that to Window 10 and Quad core, and to prove that I follow trend ..I will use Solid State hard disk..haha

Chart Frozen for 3 days - come and go

Trading is hard enough.
Even superman cant trade thru frozen chart
Contacted broker and chart provider - still there
Googling for public records years ago looking for solution.
Year 2013 somebody said that - UNtick hibernation on computer.
Hope it works.
